Artist's Description

B/W photo of ships taken along the Penobscot River in 1971. This 4 masted schooner still had its rigging attached. This photo was taken in 1971. These ships no longer exist. 60 Minutes did a story about them and how they became a pile of rubbish thanks to neglect by local officials. One of 3 in a series.
